WINS held an online workshop on the Trustworthiness and Reliability Assessments: Current Insider Threat Mitigation Practices of the Radioactive Source Security Community. Various stakeholders were able to exchange experience and lessons learned about developing and implementing trustworthiness and reliability assessments in the contemporary workplace. The online workshop:

  • Reviewed practices of a diverse set of countries and organisations
  • Explored unique challenges and risks associated with conducting trustworthiness and reliability asseessments including relevant legal frameworks, including privacy laws
  • Shared best practices: Offered a platform to share experiences in mitigating internal threats through trustworthiness and reliability assessments
  • Supported stakeholder engagement: Facilitated collaboration and knowledge-sharing among diverse stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry professionals, and government officials, fostering a cohesive global approach to security

The online workshop was held on 4 and 5 March 2026 at 14:00 CET.
