WINS conducted tabletop exercise for African women following the secure transport of a fully fuelled microreactor with the support of Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority. This event brought together 15 women from across the nuclear security discipline to deepen their understanding of nuclear security response, transport security and cybersecurity.
In addition to the technical scenario, the event focused on connection, collaboration and empowerment to develop both technical expertise and professional relationships to support the secure transport of nuclear and other radioactive material.
