Register For the IAEA’s Webinar on Physical Protection Measures and Systems by 28 October

On Friday, 29 October, the IAEA will conduct a two-hour webinar to present an overview of applying physical protection systems and equipment in nuclear security. The online event will pay particular attention to the IAEA’s Nuclear Security Series No 40-T Handbook on the Design of Physical Protection Systems for Nuclear Material and Nuclear Facilities.

A physical protection system for nuclear material and nuclear facilities is a crucial aspect of any nuclear security programme. The intended audience of this webinar includes decision-makers and senior staff from regulatory bodies, organisations and institutions.
