Description

I have worked in the Nuclear Industry since 1998 rising from a Technician in November 2000 to an Administrative Officer and Manager, Data and Performance Management in January 2021. I am currently on a project to design and implement a formidable Human Resource Information System for the Ghana Atomic Energy Commission. As a WINS-certified nuclear security professional, I wish to contribute to the area of Human Resource Development, with particular reference to Nuclear knowledge management. I am also open to new opportunities in cybersecurity and nuclear security response and management. My certification and participation in the WINS programme opened and continue to provide a broader perspective of key elements within the workings of a nuclear research institute. It actually brings the responsibility and usage of nuclear, home to everyone cleaner, HR, etc and not nuclear scientist alone.
